Shabu Shabu
Arguably one of the cleanest and healthiest dishes to eat, Dokebi presents healthy portions of organic mushrooms, very fresh vegetables (local when possible) and all natural ribeye. We do not use freeze-dried mushrooms as most shabu-shabu restaurants do. The sesame and soy sauce ponzu sauces are made from scratch following an in-house recipe, which calls for the fresh juices of different citrus fruits.
