Korean BBQ

Our meats are all natural. The beef comes from a line of American Black Angus cows, which graze naturally without hormones or antibiotics.

The pork is Berkshire.

The tuna is sushi-grade wild Bigeye.

The shrimp are frozen immediately without the use of preservatives.

The chicken is free range.

We use a reduced, more concentrated BBQ marinade because we do not marinate our meats overnight as other Korean BBQs do. This allows the traditional flavors of Korean BBQ without compromising the natural savory flavors of the choice ingredients.
